RETURN CONDITIONS

We hope that you love our designs as much as we do. However, you always have 14 days to return an item.

If we receive an item that does not meet the return conditions below, we will not be able to accept the return. We will charge you for shipping costs to send the item back to you.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• The order must be returned in its original packaging.
• The item must not be used or damaged.
• Orders returned outside the 14-day return period will not be accepted.
  

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

You can return your order at your own expense and in the original packaging within 14 days, provided it meets our return conditions. First, register your return in our return portal via the button below and follow these steps:

Step 1: Log In
Log in to the return portal with your email address and order number.

Step 2: Specify Items to be Returned
Indicate which items you wish to return and the reason for the return.

Step 3: Select Carrier
Choose the carrier you want to use to send your package.

Step 4: Pay for Shipping
Pay for the return shipping.

Step 5: Print the Return Label
After payment, download and print the return label. Attach it to your package and have it scanned by your chosen carrier

Returns are processed within seven working days after arrival at our facility. You will receive a confirmation in the form of a credit note, and your money will be refunded within a few days via the payment method you used.
