Who is Erika Geraerts?
I’m actually reading a book right now, The Untethered Soul, which tells me that I should respond by saying: I am the one who sees; who experiences this all.
I guess that’s fair, I’ve always considered and described myself as curious –wandering and wondering. That and my interest in people and connecting to them via stories, feels like a nice understanding of me.
How do you stir things up?
I’ve always tried to do different differently. Which means challenging myself and what I believe, and others. It means asking myself why, why, why – why do I like certain things?
Why do I do certain things? What’s the point of being you if being you is nothing new?
What’s the best advice you have ever received?
“Let someone love you.”
Last but not least. What inspires you?
Stories. Writing. Sitting alone. It sounds lame but sunsets and sunrises.
Children’s books, photos of people. Most things outside of the internet.
People who are grateful. People talking about ideas. People creating.
