How do you drink your coffee?
When I wake up in the morning, the first thing I do is hydrate myself with a big glass filled with water. After that I'm preparing my coffee. I like a strong double shot espresso mixed with oat milk. At home I have an old school hand pressed coffee machine and a milk foamer. I like to drink 1 coffee a day, sometimes it becomes 2. I never drink coffee without a spoon, so I can finalize the last bit of foam. I have a tic with plates and glasses to use up the last bit, people who know me well know that haha.
What makes a day a good one?
I always start and end the day with a moment for myself, to speak out gratitude. Every day has other gratitude topics, it could be the sun who shows up, a smile from a stranger, a perfect coffee, a good conversation etc. Everyday is a good day even when you think it's not. If something happens that you've expected differently, I try to pick out my life lesions / goals so it always ends up positive. You can't learn new things without making mistakes. And you will learn the most from the mistakes you made in life:)
